SHIPPING GUIDELINES

AREYOUOFFON.COM ships to all states and U.S territories, we ship to home addresses, apartment complexes, business offices, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO (Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office) addresses. Your shipping charge may vary depending on the weight and height of your package.  The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order within our website. AREYOUOFFON.COM uses all four major shipping platforms UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and USPS, please be advised, all shipments to P.O. boxes or military addresses are shipped via USPS and extra charges may apply.

SHIPPING TIME GUIDELINES

Orders must be placed before 2pm EST in order to be shipped out the same day (EX: If you place an order at 3pm EST Monday it will not arrive to you until Thursday).  Order processing can take up to 5 business days.  All orders are shipped with standard shipping and expedited delivery is not available.

APO and FPO SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office and Post Office Box (APO/FPO and P.O. Box) addresses will be shipped by USPS and will be charged an additional $5 shipping charge. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Once the package is handed off to a Military Delivery Partner there is no tracking available.

RETURN GUIDELINES

  • Items must be returned within 30 days.
  • Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Shoe boxes may not be used as the shipping box.
  • Sale or Bargain Items cannot be returned for refund. You may return for store credit or exchange.

***All shipping charges, including regular shipping costs are nonrefundable. Your original shipping cost will not be reimbursed unless the item was delivered defective, damaged, etc.***

HOLIDAY RETURN GUIDELINES

Purchases made November 26, Current Year On — December 24, Current Year On may be returned through January 15, Following Year On for refund or exchange for shipped direct item(s) restrictions apply. Contact customer support for further assistance.
